I began my journey as a healer when I was introduced to Reiki in 1997.  I appreciated the effectiveness of Reiki to bring about healing and a sense of well being in my clients. My desire to better understand the human energy system and the body's ability to heal led me to study massage, cranio-sacral unwinding, shiatsu acupressure and Tai Chi. 

Although my practice focuses on Reiki, my expertise in other modalities enables me to offer various treatment options according to each client's situation.
